Mine will be Ashley Graham from the original Resident Evil 4. I hated every single mission that involves her especially the ones where you need to protect her and she will just run straight to the enemy.
Honorable mention is the Angler from Terraria. Almost (if not everyone) who plays terraria hated the angler because of his missions and requiring to finish an absurd amount of quests from the angler to 100% the game made me hate him
