So now they're offering 500 atoms to those who are upset about the nylon bags. They also are blaming the previous customer support replies on temporary contract employees. To be honest, I'm not sure which is worse. Bethesda is saying they still don't care but they're willing to throw us a pittance (that costs them nothing) to make us go away. I think their new reply is worse than "we aren't planning on doing anything about it."
