Why does it seem like 30fps and 60fps are the two options that developers aim for? If a developer knows that they can't deliver a solid 60fps, why do they default back down to 30fps?
Is there no way for a developer to produce 35fps, or 45fps, or 50fps?
I guess I am just wondering why if they can't hit 60fps, they settle back down at 30fps.
